Permitted use
You may use KitPadi for lawful personal, educational, administrative, creative and business activities, subject to the Terms of Service and third-party rights.
Prohibited activities
- Fraud, impersonation, identity theft, phishing or deceptive account creation.
- Spam, harassment, stalking or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Creating or distributing malware, harmful code or instructions intended to compromise systems.
- Processing illegal, exploitative or abusive material.
- Violating copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual or other rights.
- Using temporary email to evade enforcement, create abusive accounts or conceal unlawful activity.
- Attempting to overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer or bypass security and usage controls.
- Misrepresenting KitPadi output as official certification, approval or professional advice.
- Using the service in violation of a third-party platform’s rules or applicable law.
Enforcement
We may restrict access, preserve relevant technical information or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or meet legal obligations.
Reporting misuse
Send a clear description and relevant URLs to support@kitpadi.com.ng. Do not send illegal files or sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
