1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. If you use KitPadi for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
2. The service
KitPadi provides browser-based utilities and related information. Features may be changed, suspended or removed, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for files, text and other material you select or create. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, verify downloaded output, maintain backups and avoid processing highly sensitive material where browser or third-party risks are unacceptable.
4. Permitted use
You may use KitPadi for legitimate personal, educational and business tasks. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
5. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party libraries, websites or APIs. KitPadi does not control their availability, security, content or policies and is not responsible for changes made by those providers.
6. Intellectual property
The KitPadi name, site design, original text and software are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and libraries remain the property of their respective owners.
7. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that results will be error-free, accepted by another service, fit for a particular purpose or continuously available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitPadi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of files, rejected applications, lost income or reliance on converted output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension
Access may be limited or blocked when necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, respond to abuse or comply with legal obligations.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without preventing mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
