1. Scope
This policy applies to the KitPadi website and its included tools. It does not govern third-party websites or services linked from the platform.
2. Files processed in your browser
Many KitPadi tools use browser technology to read, convert, resize or package files on your device. KitPadi does not intentionally receive or retain those source files when a tool operates entirely in the browser. You are responsible for choosing appropriate files and protecting sensitive information.
3. Temporary email service
The disposable-email feature communicates with TempMailPortal. Requests, inbox tokens, addresses and messages used by that feature are processed under the external provider’s systems and policies. The inbox token is kept in browser session storage so the page can retrieve messages during the session.
4. Local browser storage
KitPadi may use local storage or session storage for preferences such as theme selection, custom application profiles and temporary inbox sessions. You can remove this data through your browser settings. Clearing it may remove saved preferences or access to a temporary inbox.
5. Technical logs
The web host, security services or content-delivery systems may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date, time, referrer and error details for security, reliability and diagnostics.
6. External resources
Some pages load libraries or fonts from services such as jsDelivr, Google Fonts and the temporary-email provider. Those services may receive ordinary request data, including an IP address and browser information, according to their own privacy policies.
7. Cookies and analytics
The core package does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include an analytics platform. If analytics, advertising or consent technology is added later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.
8. Retention and security
Browser-processed files are not intentionally retained by KitPadi. Technical log retention is controlled by the hosting and security configuration. No internet service can promise absolute security, so avoid processing information whose exposure could cause serious harm.
9. Your choices
You can avoid selecting files, clear browser storage, disable optional browser permissions and stop using third-party-powered features. Privacy questions may be sent to support@kitpadi.com.ng.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the tools, providers or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above.
